Spring Line Launch

The Stella & Dot Spring line is fresh off the runway!  They designed bold, colorful pieces that can work in any season! The detailing is perfection from every hand woven bead to the beautiful clasps on many of the necklaces.  There are many statement pieces that would complete any outfit. 

 

I can't wait for my new display to arrive! I will make sure to do a little fashion show for you all when they get here.

Weekend In Projects

Hope you all had a great first weekend of the New Year! Mine was filled with house projects. With the New Year here, I realized Collin will be here in no time (PRAYING!) I have had a list of projects and empty spaces I have been wanting to conquer since we moved. I figured it is now or never, because when our tot gets here, I know projects will be the last thing on my mind.  I added some color to our bedroom by adding some coral block print shams.  I will share more on that later. 


For now, a little teaser.  Here are some shots I took of projects I started.

I had to share this picture of Gracie ( My weekend project helper.)  She would not leave me alone this weekend and I loved every minute of it.

Tom Scheere has quickly become one of my top favorite designers.  He has a unique look that invites you in. I appreciate his eclectic design with a hint of modernism. Using warm tones, crisp white walls, natural woods and modern art, he creates spaces that feel collected over time. In almost every room I have spotted lives plants, amazing architecture and beautiful vignettes.  He labels his taste as "Relaxed Modernism."

Our Kitchen

I love the concept of open shelving in a kitchen.  It has allowed us to have our daily service ware out for easy access and it has also freed up cabinet space for other items.  Here are some pictures of other kitchens that have successfully achieved this look.

Remember this post about my bedroom nook revamp? The side table in the picture is one of my favorite pieces I chose for the space. It adds warmth and texture to our little corner. 

To my surprise, I was browsing West Elm enjoying their new Spring line and ran across this table.

 Almost identical to the side table in our bedroom, except for the price tag.  This table at West Elm is going for 199.00.
